Use the DC WIC Participant Portal to:

  • Confirm with WIC your information, such as your address, phone number, and proof of eligibility.
  • Check your next WIC appointment
  • Upload requested documents for your WIC appointment such as proof of address, proof of income, proof of identitiy, and medical information from your healthcare provider.

  • Classes will start in April 2024. Dates and times are determined by participant's availability.
  • Classes are offered in English and Spanish.
  • Each participant will receive a wellness kit, a certificate of completion from UDC, and a free enrollment to be a Certified Professional Food Manager
